General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Reservation, Registration, Payment of our Seminars
You have many options to reserve your place in a course of your choice:

Your reservation will be confirmed by a formal booking confirmation to be send via email. The reservation includes participation, examination, seminar documentation, a training certificate as well as the training facilities, conference technology, beverages, coffee breaks and lunch during the event, but not the hotel room.
After receiving our official invoice, we ask you to pay the course fee within 30 days by bank transfer. Please ensure the payment was made before the course starts. If payments are not received at the beginning of a course yet, the submission of proof of payment is required. Alternatively, payment by cash is possible. All travel and accommodation cost shall be covered by the participant.
Rebates, discounts or other benefits due to individual special conditions apply only if the customer registers its employees simultaneously in one act and pays our bills on time.
No later than 30 days after the third reminder International Competence Centre Rail GmbH may take legal action to enforce delinquent payments. After the beginning of a legal order for payment, the customer has lost all claims for rebates, discounts or other benefits due to individual special conditions.
§2 Attendance
The courses will be conducted once the minimum number of attendees mentioned in the course program is reached. We reserve the right to cancel a course due to an insufficient number of attendees, illness or organizational reasons, up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the course. That’s why we ask you, in your own interest to provide us with your phone number. In this case, you will be informed in sufficient time and the fees will be refunded or credited to another event. We do not commit ourselves to provide a replacement date for a course that is cancelled. We reserve the right to change a trainer. This change does not cancel or reduce the course fee.
Latest 30 days prior to the first day of a course we will send our official invitation with the necessary seminar information to the email-address provided by the client.
The participation will take place at your own risk. International Competence Centre Rail is not liable for damage such as injuries, theft or accidents that have been resulted from participation in a course.

§ 3 Cancellation, Withdrawal
After receiving our formal booking confirmation the reservation of a course is binding for both parties. Participation can be transferred at any time to another person. Prior to receipt of our official invitation, depending on availability we are happy to book you on another course without any additional charge, if necessary.
The registration deadline is indicated in the upper right corner of the registration pages (edoobox.com) for each course. For classroom events at a conference hotel, the following applies: Cancellations before the registration deadline are free of charge. In case of cancellation after the registration deadline, we charge a cancellation fee of 150 EUR per booked seminar day and person due to hotel cancellation fees for training rooms including conference technology and catering.
Generally, for all training events, including online seminars, in case of cancellation or withdrawal less than 30 days before the first day of the course, as well as in case of no-show to the course, a cancellation fee of 100% of the seminar fee is due.
With your reservation you accept the above mentioned conditions.
§ 4 Jurisdiction
This course booking shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of GERMANY without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin.
§ 5 Severability Clause and written form requirement
If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The course booking and this terms and conditions are the entire Agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
