June 2017 – TS 22163 in-house seminars in Berlin

CC-Rail awarded a major contract from Bombardier Transportation. In total, 52 IRIS/TS 22163 Experts shall be coached in 4 x 4 days’ in-house seminars to understand the new requirements in an quick and efficient manner. The seminars are planned at Bombardier Sites in Berlin, Pittsburgh (US), Savli (India) and another Site in Europe.

12 IRIS experts from the UK, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Germany, the Czech Republic and Italy participated in the seminar. They are internally coordinating the transition process in their sites or functions to upgrade relevant internal business process documents to comply with ISO/TS22163 requirements.

    Following is a collection of comments from the IRIS Experts, gathered from their feedback sheets for the seminar evaluation:

    I liked most:
    • the interaction between trainer and trainees,
    • the complete overview about all mandatory and optional requirements,
    • the flowcharts: they are incredible useful tools to verify that all requirements are considered. They can be given to colleagues in Engineering, Operations, HR, Finance, etc. to let them check, if their processes are aligned to the CC-Rail process flowcharts.
    • the practical and nice exercises.
    • the documentation received is very useful.
    • timing, content, accuracy of answers.
    • the target to have also some fun in the course has been met!
