The SARS-CoV-2 virus threatens our existence, individually as well as our business. To survive economically, however, we cannot permanently lock down all our activities. We must restructure and learn to restrict ourselves and exercise caution. This is what we as IRIS Academy are doing. We protected all participants of our last RAM/LCC seminar by generally limiting our seminar groups to a maximum of 8 persons, by choosing a training room that is a bit off the main floor and big enough to keep distances, by airing the room regularly thanks to large windows and by finding a hotel that is central but still off the busy tourist routes, that offers comparatively few rooms and that implements the regulatory hygiene standards quite well. We will continue in the same way and select safe places (possibly also in the green lake site around Berlin with very few covid-cases as long as Berlin downtown is a hotspot) until an effective vaccine is found.
On the other hand, we expect and prepare for longer lasting travel restrictions. Therefore, we offer all seminars online from now on. Of course, this has disadvantages, but currently the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. We hope that our customers will remain loyal to us, because the quality and content of our training courses will not suffer. That’s a promise!
