40 highly motivated women and men from PT INKA (Indonesia’s state-owned manufacturer of rail vehicles) have taken up the demanding teaching material and processed it excellently.
During the 5 training days (40 hours) we learned with great commitment, but we also solved numerous case studies and had fun together. The result of the written examination was impressive: more than 50% of the participants completed the course with a GOLD certificate. On average, only 25% of the participants manage this.
