The senior management of Wagner Rail invited to a meeting in order to develop a business plan for the IRIS certification of WAGNER Rail GmbH, including all remote functions and site extensions. The goal was to identify a strategy to achieve this in the shortest track and at optimal costs.
CC-Rail supported the discussion by providing fundamental information as well as figures and data on costs and benefits, including the ROI calculation for such an investment. By that, the company’s shareholders now have enough arguments to base their decisions on facts.
