Powertech Controls has started its journey to IRIS certification. As usual, we started the IRIS project with a kick-off meeting and a subsequent 4-day IRIS training. External participants from Knorr Brake were also allowed to attent in the training. I would like to thank Tricia Austin for her commitment and the good preparation.
We will continue with the gap analysis and divide the project into managable work packages. Each package is assigned an owner, a schedule, a hourly budget and a clear mandate including a listing of all deliverables.
