Already the second time, CC-Rail conducted its “Internal IRIS Manager” seminar under the leadership of Andreas Heinzmann in cooperation with Xiuluan SHI in China. After the first public course in Dalian in 2107, now two in-house seminars followed at CRRC Sifang in Qingdao, where at times more than 80 managers attended and 45 of them passed the tests with above-average success.
The factory in Qingdao produces high-speed trains, metros and trams with around 10,000 employees. Due to the very positive feedback from senior participants, there was also an appointment with the President. Mr. Ma emphasized his intention to obtain also coaching- and mentoring support from CC-Rail on the topics of project and configuration management.
