CC-Rail conducted an INTERNAL IRIS AUDITOR seminar in combination with a DELTA-analysis at Knorr Brake Corporation in Westminster (Maryland).
Both together worked perfect, since process owner received not only feedback regarding necessary improvements. At the same time, they got also massive information leading to a much better understanding of the ISO/TS 22163 requirements and did learn in practical exercises and case studies how to close gaps in their processes.
