Forecast 2018 – CC-Rail receives new order from Knorr Brake Westminster (USA)

Now, after Bombardier, Alstom, Siemens, Harting, Voith and GHH, one more member of the IRIS SteCo becomes a client of CC-Rail.

Knorr Brake in Westminster / Maryland awarded a larger order to CC-Rail for 2018, which includes among others also a TS 22163 in-house training and IRIS DELTA analysis.

November 2017 – CC-Rail and DL_IDEAL will strengthen their cooperation

CC-Rail authorizes DL_IDEAL consulting Co. Ltd. as sole representative of CC-Rail in China.

As plenipotentiary of CC-Rail, DL_IDEAL is responsible for marketing, bidding, negotiation and contract execution in China. Both companies will continue to collaborate in good faith, with open mind to mutual exchange and promote each other.

October 2017 – IRIS in-house seminars

An in-house seminar with 12 IRIS experts from Bombardier sites in Canada, Germany, Czech Republic, Sweden and Italy took place from 17-19.10.2017 in Hennigsdorf. This was the first 3-days seminar on the new topic ” IRIS Certification Rules: May 2017″, which the IRIS Academy will offer from now onwards in English, Chinese and German languages.

August 2017 – first public ISO/TS 22163 seminar in Dalian City (China)

First time together, Andreas Heinzmann from CC-Rail and Xiuluan SHI from Dalian IDEA Consulting Co. Ltd. conducted a seminar on the new ISO/TS 22163 requirements from 14-17 August.

42 participants from the Chinese railway industry and one participant from India followed this course in Dalian with great interest. The lecture and the seminar papers were presented in English and Chinese. The satisfaction of our customers was again quite high at 97%.

August 2017 – moderation of a complaint management workshop at Schunk Group

CC-Rail got an order to moderate a “customer complaint management workshop” from Schunk’s Business Unit 9. Schunk utilized its first Global Quality Meetings in Wettenberg (Germany), where managers from Denmark, Portugal, Sweden, Brazil, Spain, USA, China, Germany and Austria took part in developing this topic.

July 2017 – TS 22163 in-house seminar in EAO (Switzerland)

CC-Rail got a contract for an in-house seminar from EAO AG in Switzerland. In total, 36 managers from various functions participated to understand the new requirements in a quick and efficient manner.

The seminar was organized in such a way that 13 TS 22163 experts participated over the entire 4 days and their other colleagues, e.g. from engineering, finance, HR etc., listened to those chapters of TS 22163 only, which were applicable to their function.
