Already the second time, CC-Rail conducted its “Internal IRIS Manager” seminar under the leadership of Andreas Heinzmann in cooperation with Xiuluan SHI in China. After the first public course in Dalian in 2107, now two in-house seminars followed at CRRC Sifang in Qingdao, where at times more than 80 managers attended and 45 of them passed the tests with above-average success.

As usual, the IRIS seminar was rated with the highest grade of 95% customer satisfaction. This has become almost a matter of course, but still there are minor things to improve. We will continue to work on.

It happens not frequently that project managers or sub-project leaders ask for this course. This is a pity, as this 4-days seminar offers much more of rail-specific and practical examples that other PM seminars (iapm, PMI or Prince 2) could never do. And all topics of ISO/TS 22163, section 8.1.3 are discussed in depth and substantiated by larger case studies.

For the first time, CC-Rail conducted a one-week workshop on the subject of “process landscape and hierarchical process structure” at EAO AG in Olten.

Because of an improvement analysis, the management decided to get external support from CC-Rail on this topic. They felt it is important to catch up with a different point of view from the outside and at the same time compare them to other global players. As a result, these were largely process-oriented and thus independent of organizational structures ...

CC-Rail conducted the first RAM/LCC seminar under the leadership of Andreas Kroenert, who now took over the baton from Ulf Kjellsson.

Andreas did a huge job in preparing the seminar papers with new ideas and exercises, and at the same time set new focal points. All participants from Australia, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Great Britain gave an excellent feedback and recommended this seminar to others.

CC-Rail conducted an INTERNAL IRIS pre-audit in combination with a DELTA-analysis and consulting for gap closure at three Nexans sites in Germany.

All together worked perfect, since process owner received not only feedback regarding the IRIS compliance status of their business processes. At the same time, they’ve got also massive information leading to a much better understanding of the ISO/TS 22163 requirements and recommendations for necessary improvement actions, partly to be relized even prior to the IRIS readiness review.

Following the delivery of the first IRIS seminar module at the end of 2016, which was primarily aimed to gain a better understand the new ISO/TS 22163 requirements, CC-Rail introduced now its seminar module 2: the INTERNAL IRIS AUDITOR seminar, focusing on the new IRIS certification rules.

Both seminars together contain comprehensive information that have been prepared in a didactically well-grounded way, provided in a total of 56 training hours and supported by two approx. 400-page training documents, including 16 case ...

CC-Rail conducted an IRIS DELTA-analysis at EAO AG in Olten (Switzerland) in order to support the company’s preparation prior to the IRIS transition audit.

As usual provided CC-Rail detailed results in a comprehensive “system audit report” and structured its content in several functional work-packages, which facilitate the direct implementation o improvement actions.
